Can I order frames with my prescription?
Yes. Choose your lenses on the frame's page and type your prescription or send it as a file. See the lens guide.
How long do prescription lenses take?
Frames with lenses are dispatched within 5 working days of the order.
Watches
Can I change the strap later?
Every watch uses standard pins and a quick-release strap, so straps swap in seconds.
Returns
Can I return frames with lenses?
Frames without lenses can be returned within 14 days. Lenses cut to your prescription are made for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.
